The State Bank of Vietnam published an update on Governor Pham Duc An’s on-site inspection of Project NH.09B, where he directed the project team and related units to accelerate implementation and keep the project on track to begin operating from January 1, 2027. He described NH.09B as an important project for modernizing the central bank’s technical infrastructure and supporting the banking sector’s long-term development. The inspection covered construction, equipment installation, progress on project components, construction management, quality control, occupational safety and coordination among the units involved. The governor said trial operation should be tied to actual production, while reducing costs, preventing waste and improving investment efficiency. He also called for faster transfer and synchronized connection of equipment lines, early preparation of production organization plans, suitable working and living conditions for staff, full technical and environmental readiness, and tight control of operating costs. For acceptance and handover, the receiving unit was told to review the entire system and address outstanding issues before taking over, while the project management board was instructed to complete the required legal procedures so the project is eligible to enter operation on schedule.
