The Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA) is continuing internal training for staff responsible for implementing its Quality Management System (QMS), as part of its efforts to strengthen service quality and align internal practices with ISO quality standards. The training is being held at TIRA Insurance House in Njedengwa, Dodoma, from 9 to 13 March 2026. Participants are being trained on QMS implementation procedures and their responsibilities in ensuring that systems and work processes meet required standards. The current focus is internal quality auditing, including how to review work processes and identify areas for improvement, with the training coordinated by TIRA’s Quality Control and Risk Management (QRM) unit.
