The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye amended its compulsory motor third-party liability insurance premium rules to increase maximum premiums for October 2026 by 1.5% from September levels, based on vehicle group and usage type. The adjustment follows a 1.75% increase in the September caps. An additional 2% will apply to taxis, minibuses with 10 to 17 seats including the driver, buses with 18 to 30 seats including the driver, and buses with 31 or more seats including the driver. The revised caps apply from Oct. 1, 2026.
