The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) published a set of supervisory decisions, including approving Rumen Levski as procurator of AFRANGA EOOD, registering SERVAL Ltd in the register of insurance brokers, removing two bond issues from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities, and adopting amendments to the Rules on the Structure and Operation of the Guarantee Fund. The bond issue written off for Monbat AD comprises 28,015 dematerialized, interest-bearing, convertible, freely transferable and unsecured bonds, each with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 (ISIN BG2100023170). The bond issue written off for Ustrem Holding AD totals BGN 22,000,000, divided into 22,000 ordinary, secured, dematerialized, registered, interest-bearing, freely transferable and non-convertible bonds with a nominal value of BGN 1,000 each (ISIN BG2100010193). The amended Guarantee Fund rules were adopted at second reading and are to be promulgated in the State Gazette. The FSC also sent AFRANGA EOOD a request for additional information and documents relating to an application to extend the scope of its licence as a crowdfunding service provider.

Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission adopts Guarantee Fund rule amendments and writes off Monbat and Ustrem Holding bond issues
The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission approved several supervisory decisions, including appointing Rumen Levski as procurator of AFRANGA EOOD and registering SERVAL Ltd as an insurance broker.
