The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia reported that Karen Alaverdyan, head of its department responsible for regulation of accounting and auditing activities and monitoring of reports, participated in the Central Bank-organised “Thriving in Sustainable Times: The ESG for Banks and Policymakers” conference, where he presented Armenia’s country-wide sustainability accountability reforms and the near-term steps planned to support ESG integration.
