The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has granted regulatory consent for a series of senior appointments at the second-tier bank created through the conversion of JSC “Microfinance Organization KMF” (KMF) into a bank. The approvals cover Olga Vladislavovna Yugay as Deputy Chair of the Management Board with responsibility limited to administrative and facilities operations, Karlygash Tlekovna Raikhanova as Deputy Chair with responsibility limited to security, and Dmitry Mikhailovich Larin as Deputy Chair. The Agency also approved Evgeniy Yuryevich Chernykh as chief accountant, and board appointments for Konstantin Tsereteli as an independent director, as well as Yoachim Bold and Andrew Pospilovski as members of the Board of Directors, under protocols dated 8 and 11 July 2025.
