The Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) issued FINANCE INFO ASSISTANCE EAD with a licence to operate as a loan servicing entity, after determining that the applicant had submitted all required documents and information and met the conditions for authorisation. The licence was granted under Article 9(11) of the Credit Servicing Persons and Loan Buyers Act and in line with the licensing conditions in Article 8 and BNB Ordinance No. 49 of 6 October 2025. It authorises FINANCE INFO ASSISTANCE EAD to carry out the activities under Article 6(2), items 1 and 3, namely collecting or recovering from borrowers payments due under a loan agreement and registering and considering complaints from borrowers.

The Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank has granted FINANCE INFO ASSISTANCE EAD a licence to operate as a loan servicing entity under the Credit Servicing Persons and Loan Buyers Act and BNB Ordinance No. 49 of 6 October 2025. The authorisation permits the firm to collect or recover payments due under loan agreements and to register and consider borrower complaints.
