The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that HESPER CAPITAL LTD, the external manager of SFO GARNET RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (a Registered Alternative Investment Fund with registration number RAIF141), has notified the regulator of the initiation of a procedure for the fund’s dissolution and liquidation under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and continue to appear on CySEC’s website with the notice “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the process is completed and all necessary documents have been submitted.
