The Angola Capital Markets Commission has launched Public Consultation Process No. 1/25 on a draft regulation covering complaints and conflict mediation in the securities and derivatives market, and convened a virtual public session to present the proposal. The consultation runs from 19 May to 13 June 2025. The 28 May session (09:00–10:30) set out the rationale behind the draft and gathered feedback from market participants, who were invited to provide views and targeted improvement suggestions. The session was led by Executive Board Member Herlânder Diogo, with the draft presented by Narcisa Ernesto from the Commission’s Regulatory Policy and Standards Office. Submissions remain open until 13 June 2025.
