The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has reported amended details for four individuals and entities designated under the Russia sanctions regime: Stanislav Bronislavovich Klevitskiy, Glenbrook Corporation Limited, Joint Stock Company Teleport Bank and JSC Altay Instrument-Making Plant Rotor. All four remain subject to sanctions and listed by the United Kingdom. Businesses must check for affected relationships, freeze relevant funds and economic resources immediately, and refrain from making assets available to designated persons or connected parties unless permitted by a derogation or licence. Any findings must be reported immediately to the Policy & Resources Committee. Regulated firms must also notify the Commission and, as soon as reasonably practicable after meeting their statutory reporting obligations, provide information on the affected party, relationship, transaction or asset and its value.
