The CMF also pointed users to its website Fraud Alerts Page, where investors, policyholders, and banking customers can check whether an entity or individual offering financial products or services is supervised by the CMF, review alerts issued by the CMF and other foreign regulators on unregulated entities or activities, and access other client protection guidance.
