The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted 78 decisions at its latest meeting covering further development of the capital market, changes to the regulatory framework, alignment of Ukrainian legislation with European Union law, and oversight of professional participants in the capital markets and organized commodity markets. The package also included decisions on registering share and corporate bond issues, matters relating to collective investment institutions, approval of officials of professional market participants, and adoption of a list of test questions for assessing professional suitability.
