The Polish Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) has published a recommendation setting standards for the use of the POLSTR® rate in newly issued bonds, as part of ongoing benchmark reform work. The recommendation was adopted by the Steering Committee of the National Working Group on Benchmark Reform on 12 September 2025 and was approved for publication after public consultations and consideration of submitted comments.
