The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) progressed several rulemaking initiatives and took supervisory decisions spanning senior appointments at market participants and the registration and approval of multiple securities offerings. In authorisations and market operations, the NSSMC agreed appointments for specific officials at Univer Capital LLC, Karpaty-Brok LLC, AMC KROLL CAPITAL LLC and City Van Asset Management LLC, registered the results report for a Series H bond issue by TO NOVA POSHTA LLC, approved amendments to the open placement decision for Series A bonds of OPTIMA-PHARM, LTD LLC, approved the issue and prospectus for registered corporate bonds of FC "SUPAY CHAIN FINANCE" LLC (V SERIES B), registered share issues and prospectuses for JSC "ZNVCIF" "EFFECTIVE INVESTMENTS" and JSC "ZNVCIF" "PARADIS", registered draft charters and share issue registrations for seven further JSC "ZNVCIF" entities, and registered changes affecting the prospectus and issuance registration for investment certificates of ZNVIF "Leasingfuture", including replacement of the mutual fund’s issuance registration certificate.
