The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) announced the appointment of Tracey Chinman as Executive Vice President, Corporate Services, effective September 17. She will lead the Corporate Services portfolio and is tasked with strengthening internal capabilities, modernizing corporate systems and supporting delivery of FSRA’s regulatory priorities. The portfolio includes finance, risk, audit and information technology. FSRA highlighted Chinman’s background in risk management, audit, governance and large-scale transformation in financial services, including her role at Home Trust Company as Vice President, Operational and Non-Financial Risk, where she embedded enterprise risk frameworks, enhanced board reporting and oversaw risk for a multi-year information technology modernization program.
