The approvals, all decided on 6 March 2026, cover Zhenishbek Muratbekov for membership of the Board of Directors of Keremet Bank Open Joint Stock Company; Ismanova Gulzat Askarbekovna as Head of the Internal Audit Service of Closed Joint-Stock Company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Tolubay"; and Evgeniya Gashikulina as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee of Kompanion Bank Closed Joint-Stock Company.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved three senior governance appointments at Kyrgyz banks on 6 March 2026.
