The FSCA noted that 4XC MetaTrader is not authorised by the FSCA to provide financial services to the public. 4xCube Ltd, which is authorised in and operates from the Cook Islands and is regulated there by the Financial Supervisory Services, confirmed it is not associated with 4XC MetaTrader and that both the firm and Ms Malta are being impersonated. The FSCA also flagged that 4XC MetaTrader did not respond to its enquiries and reiterated common scam warning signs, including unrealistic returns, social media-based offers, upfront payments, additional payments to access withdrawals, and pressure to act urgently.
