The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Feldmans Management (Overseas) Ltd has expressly waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, with effect from 3 March 2025, and therefore ceases to provide those services. The firm’s CySEC authorisation (No. 58/196) lapsed from that date pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force. CySEC has permanently deleted the company from the licensed persons’ register in accordance with section 16(2) of the Law.
