The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority announced that it has lifted the registration of the Contractual Early Education Incubator Company and the contractual collective investment scheme linked to it from the Collective Investment Systems Register, effective 02/02/2026. The removal follows Resolution No. 175 of 2025, issued on 25/09/2025, which provided for the cancellation and liquidation of the licence and the liquidation of the Early Education Incubator System, and implements Article 3 of that resolution requiring the system’s registration to be lifted after the liquidator completes the liquidation work.
