The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario requires all licensed insurers in Ontario to submit the 2026 Annual Auto Insurance Attestation through its Online Services Portal by October 30, 2026. The insurer’s chief executive officer or most senior officer responsible for Ontario operations must attest to compliance with provincial laws and regulatory requirements. Insurers must also use the portal to report all Minor Rating and Underwriting Rule Errors arising from January 1 through December 31, 2026. These reports are due by February 16, 2027.
