The Financial Conduct Authority has signed an agreement for a new permanent office at 2 Wellington Place in Leeds, with a move planned for 2028. The premises will provide 36,097 square feet of space for its growing presence in the city. The Leeds office has expanded since opening in 2022 and is currently based at 6 Queen Street. The new premises support the regulator’s five-year strategy ambition to have 1,000 roles based outside London by 2030.
