The Bank of Italy and Consob have signed a new memorandum of understanding to reinforce collaboration between the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF) and the Arbitro per le Controversie Finanziarie (ACF), with the stated aim of achieving a higher and more effective level of customer protection.
