The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority published a supervisory report on DNB Asset Management AS under a document-based thematic review of eight fund managers’ compliance with sustainability-related disclosure requirements, concluding the firm had prepared and made available the required documentation and that there were no comments on its content. The review assessed the firm’s implementation of disclosure obligations for financial market participants and financial products under EU Regulation 2019/2088 as incorporated into Norwegian law. Finanstilsynet reviewed sustainability disclosures for the mutual funds DNB Miljøinvest and DNB Grønt Skifte Norden, covering responses to a supervisory questionnaire, policies on integrating sustainability risks and consideration of adverse sustainability impacts, pre-contractual disclosures, periodic reporting, and website marketing; the assessment was made as at 30 June 2024 and the case was closed.
