This represented 33.41% of the industry’s total financing of IDR 105.14 trillion, while the aggregate 90-day default rate, known as TWP90, stood at 4.26%. In remarks at Fintech Lending Days, the authority described online lending as an increasingly important alternative funding source for MSMEs. It linked the growth to its policy of using the sector to broaden access to financing while maintaining financing quality and delivering benefits to the public.
