The Central Bank of the Philippines issued a circular letter informing BSP-supervised financial institutions that it authorized on 21 April 2025 the corporate name change of SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) to Maribank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank), and that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the bank’s amended articles of incorporation and by-laws under the new name on 31 July 2025.

The Central Bank of the Philippines announced the corporate name change of SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) to Maribank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank), effective 21 April 2025.
