Argentina’s Superintendency of Insurance reported on Superintendent Guillermo Plate’s opening remarks at the National Forum 2025 in Posadas, Misiones, organised by the Federation of Associations of Insurance Producer Advisers of Argentina and the Misiones association. Plate positioned the Insurance Producer Adviser (PAS) as a strategic link between the insurance system and policyholders. In his speech, Plate argued that a more stable macroeconomic environment supports the development of a solid, transparent and sustainable insurance sector, and urged continued focus on professional training and innovation. He also stated that, with more flexible products and stronger training, Argentina’s insurance market could double insurance premiums as a share of GDP. The forum programme included panels on market developments, innovation, artificial intelligence, marketing, communication and economics, with participation from insurer associations including ADEAA, AACS and AVIRA.
