The State Bank of Vietnam issued an official letter to the Ministry of Justice updating information on its judicial assessors and revising the list of judicial experts recognised on a case-by-case basis for matters in the currency and banking sector. The update is framed by the Law on Judicial Expertise (2012) and its 2020 amendments, Government Decree No. 85/2013, and SBV Circular No. 14/2020 on judicial expertise in currency and banking, and follows the Ministry of Justice’s guidance on issuing and re-issuing judicial assessor cards. The submission includes adjusted judicial assessor information and an updated list of judicial experts recognised by case.

The State Bank of Vietnam updated the Ministry of Justice on its judicial assessors and revised the list of judicial experts for currency and banking matters, in accordance with the Law on Judicial Expertise and related regulations.
