The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency approved SQ Capital to establish and manage the privately offered SQ CL open-ended alternative investment fund. It also authorized UniCredit Invest to establish and manage two target-maturity fixed-income subfunds within its onemarkets Fund umbrella UCITS, including their prospectuses, rules and appointment of Zagrebačka banka as depositary. The two new UniCredit subfunds, maturing in October and November 2031, may invest up to 100% of net asset value in bonds and money market instruments issued or guaranteed by specified sovereigns and qualifying international public bodies. The agency also partially revoked specified parts of its May 2026 decision concerning the onemarkets Target Maturity Fixed Income Fund 07/2031. Other decisions authorized Link Broker Europe and five sole traders to distribute insurance, approved two insurance-sector supervisory board appointments and removed one individual from the insurance intermediary register. The agency also corrected the legal entity identifier in an earlier decision concerning Hrvatsko Mirovinsko Investicijsko Društvo.
