The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a package of authorisations affecting several collective investment vehicles, including registrations of share and investment certificate issues, alongside approvals and agreements relating to senior management and control function appointments at regulated entities. It also approved the 2025 financial plan for a state stock market infrastructure body and cleared a draft amendment to an existing Commission decision. The Commission approved the draft charter and registration of a share issue to form the initial authorised capital of JSC "ZNVCIF" "AUROS FINANCE", registered the collective investment share issue and related prospectus for JSC "ZNVCIF" "DZHERELO", and approved the registration of an investment certificate issuance for ZKPIFN "ULIS.VOROKHTA" under LLC "AMC" "INVESTMENT CAPITAL UKRAINE". It approved the appointment of the General Director of ELLIOTT ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC and the director of NAFTA-INVEST LLC, agreed the risk manager and compliance manager at KINTO, Ltd. LLC, and agreed the person responsible for financial monitoring at LLC "DFC" "SLAVUTYCH-CAPITAL". Deadlines were established for registering the collective investment share issues and related prospectuses of JSC "ZNVCIF" "HYPERION INVEST" and JSC "ZNVCIF" "KRONOS", while the financial plan for 2025 of the State Institution "Agency for the Development of Stock Market Infrastructure of Ukraine" was approved and a draft decision to amend Commission Decision No. 1056 of 04.08.2022 was approved.
