The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, represented by Director General Sou Socheat in his capacity as vice-chair of the working group preparing the policy framework for government securities development, participated in a hybrid technical meeting chaired by the Ministry of Economy and Finance with S&P to share knowledge on the procedures and processes used to assign sovereign credit ratings, alongside officials from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the General Department of Taxation and the National Bank of Cambodia.
