The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring six individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practicing certificate in order to complete the certification procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person. The notice states that the fee is charged under the Ministry of Finance's Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the commission. Payment may be made either by bank transfer or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If a person granted a securities practicing certificate does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the commission's fee payment notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision canceling the granted certificate.
