The draft makes editorial and terminology changes, including standardizing the Kazakh spelling of tenge, replacing “foreigner” with “foreign citizen” and replacing “information system” with “digital system.” The ministry expects no adverse socioeconomic, legal or other consequences because the amendments do not introduce substantive policy changes.
