The Vietnam State Securities Commission announced that its Securities Scientific Research and Training Center signed a memorandum of understanding with Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, creating a cooperation framework aimed at improving securities and securities market training and supporting the development of higher-quality talent for the securities, capital market and related fields. The MoU, signed on 11 July 2025, is intended to support joint delivery of training and practice-oriented research programmes, knowledge sharing and opportunities for students to study, conduct research and gain real-world experience in a professional environment. The Commission noted that the Securities Scientific Research and Training Center is its sole unit responsible for professional licensing training and for providing continuing education and dissemination of securities market knowledge, with a focus on practical training.
