The Central Bank of Russia published a new issue of its Monitoring of Sectoral Financial Flows review reporting that incoming payments processed through the Bank of Russia increased in December. Incoming payments in December were 4.0% higher than the 2025 third-quarter average. Across 2025 fourth quarter, payments rose by 2.6% following a 7.3% decline in 2025 third quarter, and December saw increases across all groups of industries.
