The US National Association of Insurance Commissioners welcomed eight foreign regulators to the fall 2026 session of its International Fellows Program, which runs from Oct. 12 to Nov. 24. Participants from Argentina, Costa Rica, Guernsey, India, Liechtenstein, Morocco, the Philippines and Taiwan will receive practical training in the US state based insurance regulatory system. The program combines instruction at the association’s Kansas City office with five week placements at insurance departments in the District of Columbia, Illinois, Louisiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. Fellows will study financial regulation, market conduct and licensing before completing the program at the Capital Markets and Investment Analysis Office in New York City, with a focus on investment risks and market trends.
