Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) announced that the government has appointed Gunnar Larsson as a new member of its board with effect from 1 July 2025. He replaces Cecilia Renfors, who asked to be released from her mandate. Larsson previously served as Director General of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet). His appointment to the board runs until 30 June 2028.

Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) has appointed Gunnar Larsson as a new board member, effective 1 July 2025, succeeding Cecilia Renfors. Larsson previously held roles as Director General of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency. His term will last until 30 June 2028.
