The New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA) published its review of how well Ice Futures Europe (IFEU) is meeting its obligations as a licensed market operator of the IFEU derivatives market in New Zealand. The report sets out the FMA’s findings for the two-year review period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024, as part of the FMA’s requirement to report at least once every two years on IFEU’s compliance with its licensed market operator obligations. The release also points to earlier reviews for 2023, 2021, 2019 and 2017.
