The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ordered Raiffeisen Pension Insurance Company to remedy regulatory breaches by strengthening the risk management framework for its OMO portfolio. By December 31, 2026, the company must adopt and begin applying methodologies covering the discount curve, inflation assumptions for pension adjustments, DV01 calculations for liabilities, asset and liability controls, and stress testing and scenario analysis for inflation and interest rate risk. The company must also establish quantitatively supported aggregate limits and early warning thresholds, enhance its DV01 limits reporting, and align its derivatives management strategy with secondary legislation. It must provide evidence of implementation and submit its 2026 ORA by April 30, 2027. In other decisions, the agency approved Carrello INT’s publication of a takeover offer for TEHNIKA, consented to management board appointments at the Zagreb Stock Exchange and OTP Leasing, and licensed GAŠPARIĆ ZASTUPANJE to distribute insurance. It also issued an official position on cooperation and ownership links between brokers and insurance agencies.

The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ordered Raiffeisen Pension Insurance Company to strengthen OMO portfolio methodologies, limits, controls and stress testing by December 31, 2026, and submit its 2026 ORA by April 30, 2027. The agency also approved a takeover offer, management appointments and an insurance distribution license.
