The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan has granted Open Joint Stock Company Air Communication Agency a special licence to carry out foreign exchange operations in Tajikistan, in line with the Law on the National Bank, the Law on the Permitting System, the Law on Currency Regulation and Currency Control, and Instruction No. 251 governing the use and circulation of foreign currency and the licensing and withdrawal of permissions for currency operations.
