The Jordan Securities Commission has confirmed the appointment of its Board of Commissioners under a Royal Decree approving a Cabinet resolution, setting a four-year term beginning 2 September 2025. Emad Mohamed Mahmoud Abu Haltam was appointed Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. The Royal Decree also appointed three full-time members for the same four-year term: Alaa Al-Din Nasser Abdulkarim Al-Zoubi, Elias Ayoub Sharari Zureikat, and Mohamed Abdel Sattar Mohamed Jaradat.

Jordan Securities Commission appoints Emad Abu Haltam as chair and names three full-time commissioners
The Jordan Securities Commission announced the appointment of its Board of Commissioners for a four-year term starting 2 September 2025, with Emad Mohamed Mahmoud Abu Haltam as Chairman, following a Royal Decree. Three full-time members, Alaa Al-Din Nasser Abdulkarim Al-Zoubi, Elias Ayoub Sharari Zureikat, and Mohamed Abdel Sattar Mohamed Jaradat, were also appointed.
