Mexico's National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) has renewed InverCap Afore's "Commitment to Serving Older Adults" badge, recognizing measures aimed at making services related to retirement savings more accessible, clearer and better adapted to older users' needs. The recognition covers priority service arrangements, assistance during administrative procedures, and alternative service options for people with mobility difficulties or who need additional support. InverCap Afore has also introduced specialized guidance channels and informational materials focused on retirement savings, asset protection and the prevention of financial risks, alongside digital tools designed to improve access to information and support the safe use of technology. CONDUSEF noted that older adults represent almost one fifth of the portfolio managed by InverCap Afore. CONDUSEF said it will continue promoting initiatives intended to improve service practices and expand financial inclusion for older adults.
