The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye has published the 2025 schedule for actuarial examinations across Levels 1 to 4, setting out exam dates, locations and the basic eligibility criteria for applicants. Level 1 exams will be held in Ankara and Istanbul in two sittings on 26–27 April 2025 and 20–21 September 2025, covering Financial Mathematics, Statistics and Probability, Mathematics, and Basic Insurance and Economics. Level 2 to Level 4 exams will be held in Istanbul only. Level 2 is scheduled for 31 May–1 June 2025 and 18–19 October 2025, covering Accounting and Financial Reporting, Insurance Mathematics (life and non-life), Risk Analysis and Actuarial Modelling, and Finance Theory and Applications. Level 3 exams are scheduled on afternoons between 15–29 November 2025 (Finance Investment and Risk Management, Pension Systems, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Non-life Insurance), and the Level 4 exam on Turkish Insurance Practices and Legal Framework is scheduled for the afternoon of 6 December 2025. For Levels 1 to 3, applicants must be enrolled in or have graduated from a higher education institution leading to a bachelor’s degree in Türkiye or abroad, with a Council of Higher Education equivalency certificate required for overseas education for results to be valid. Level 4 applications are open to those who obtained the actuary title through internationally recognised examinations or methods, with further detail referenced in the published application and implementation guide and exam scope documents.
