The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published an investor warning on financial projects it considers potentially risky, noting that its current list includes 450 such projects. The notice highlights common indicators of dubious investment schemes, including the absence of required licences, limited transparency about organisers and supporting documentation, lack of proper oversight, aggressive advertising, promises of unusually high returns, and the concealment of risks. Investors are advised to carry out additional checks where these indicators are present or refrain from investing if doubts remain.
