The State Bank of Vietnam has issued a decision to remove three of its civil servants from the roster of judicial experts in the monetary and banking field, following their retirement. The decision covers Hoàng Thạch Ninh, formerly Head of Administration, Human Resources and Internal Audit at the State Bank of Vietnam’s Phú Thọ Provincial Branch; Phạm Vĩnh Thái, formerly Deputy Chief Inspector at the State Bank of Vietnam Regional Inspectorate and Branch Area 4; and Bùi Đức Hoàn, formerly an Inspector at the same Regional Inspectorate and Branch Area 4. Relevant units must retrieve any judicial expert cards and submit them to the State Bank of Vietnam’s Department of Organisation and Personnel in line with applicable rules. The measure takes effect from the signing date.
