The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee required to complete the process for issuance of a securities practitioner certificate. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Commission or in person at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If the person granted a securities practitioner certificate does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the Commission’s fee notice, the Commission will issue a decision annulling the granted certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million fee and collection deadline for securities practitioner certificates
