The National Credit Union Administration issued one consent-based Order of Prohibition in October 2025, permanently barring an individual from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution. The prohibition order applies to Shwe Siedschlag, a former employee of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who agreed and consented to the order and to comply with its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA Board’s claims against her. The NCUA also noted that it issues other administrative orders under Section 206 of the Federal Credit Union Act, including orders to cease and desist and orders assessing civil money penalties.
