Saudi Arabia Capital Markets Authority announced that Razeen Financial Company has completed the commencement-of-business requirements to conduct the Managing Investments Activity in the securities business, under a licence granted by a CMA resolution dated 26/05/1446H (28/11/2024G) pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Royal Decree No. M/30) and its Implementing Regulations.

The Saudi Arabia Capital Markets Authority announced that Razeen Financial Company has fulfilled the requirements to commence Managing Investments Activity in the securities business. This follows a licence granted by a CMA resolution dated 28 November 2024, under the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations.
