The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed 20 listed individuals to pay a VND 1 million fee each to complete the procedure for obtaining a securities practice certificate. Payment may be made by bank transfer or in person. Recipients of electronic certificates must access the commission’s licensing system to retrieve them and complete any related obligations. If a recipient does not complete the certificate collection procedure within one year of the fee notice, the commission will cancel the issued certificate.
