The seminar drew over 150 participants across fund and digital asset professionals, alongside legal and compliance experts. Discussion focused on risk management and control measures to support the management of digital asset and tokenised funds, and emphasised the importance of fund-industry collaboration to strengthen digital asset-related technical and regulatory compliance capabilities while adopting innovative technologies in fund management. The SFC positioned its engagement as part of Pillar Re (Relationship) of its “ASPIRe” roadmap issued on 19 February 2025.
