The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published a package of rule-making, supervisory, licensing and registration decisions, including amendments to the procedure for documenting and handling violations under martial law and the classification of Moncheri Girl and Viktoras Karapetyants as dubious investment projects. It also issued an investment consulting licence to JSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine and processed multiple approvals and registrations related to bond and share issuances. On rule-making, the Commission approved a draft law on the Joint Stock Company Eastern Mining and Processing Plant, approved a draft Ministry of Justice order amending certain Ministry of Justice regulations on bankruptcy, and approved a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution amending Cabinet resolutions dated 1 December 2023 No. 1317 and 7 March 2025 No. 264, while considering amendments to Cabinet resolution dated 11 July 2018 No. 552. On market authorisations, it registered the issue and prospectus for NovaPay Credit LLC’s interest-bearing, ordinary, unsecured corporate bonds series K, amended prior bond issuance decisions for TAS JUICE PLANT KODYMSKYI LLC (series A, B and C), approved draft charters and share issue registrations for JSC ZNVCIF DAVA and JSC ZNVCIF PROREZON to form initial authorised capital, registered the share issue and prospectus for JSC ZNVCIF GREENVILLE REAL ESTATE, and cancelled the share issue registration for JSC ZNVCIF FINIKY. It also approved appointments of senior officials at several professional participants, including supervisory board, director, chief accountant, compliance, internal audit and financial monitoring roles.
